TO MAKE SURE YOUR CANDIDATES COMPLETE THE PROCESS DURING THE CONTEST TIME FRAME, YOU ARE URGED TO STAY IN TOUCH WITH THEM AND ASSURE THEY DON’T DROP THE BALL!
